If you are an American Canoe Association** member you may present your ACA card during registration on June 20 or 21 to receive a $10 rebate on your registration fee. To become an ACA member visit www.acanet.org. A year’s membership in Georgia River Network is included in all registration fees.

* If requested, registration Fees will be refunded to all paddlers who generate more than $400 in Canoe-a-thon pledgesto support river protection in Georgia. Meal Registration
:$175 for Full Meals Deal Package when you order at time of registration (breakfast, lunch and dinner for all seven days—a $20 savings!

Registration for Pick and Choose Meal packages will take place in May after the week’s menu is finalized. By ordering the Full Meals Deal package at the time of registration you save money and help GRN make the trip run smoothly. We recommend the Full Meals Deal—the choice of almost half of last year’s paddlers.

Each meal is catered by professional caterers or local civic groups. Expect hearty fare with vegetarian options. Sack lunches include sandwiches (several choices each day) chips, fruit and dessert. All participants will choose their luncheon sandwiches in May when the week’s menu is distributed to all registered paddlers.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS POSTMARK MAY 21. A $25 LATE FEE APPLIES TO ALL REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DAY.

Once you've registered, you will receive via e-mail (unless regular mail is requested) a liability waiver form, information about shuttle services, and other essential information.

Paddle Georgia Policies…
For your safety and the safety of others.
1. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed.
2. All participants must attend the pre-launch safety briefing. Participants must adhere to the safety guidelines presented.
3. Participants must wear a properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard approved personal floatation device at all times on the river.
4. Participants under age 18 are the responsibility of, and must be accompanied by, a parent or guardian.
5. Sorry, no pets allowed.
6. All participants must sign a Medical and Emergency Contact Information sheet and a Waiver of Claims and Release of Liability form. Parents must sign for children under the age of 18. (These forms will be sent in the confirmation packet.)
7. Person-powered watercraft only.
8. All participants must respect private property along the river.
9. All participants must have basic paddling skills.
10. No more than 2 children under the age of 12 per adult guardian.
Violations of these policies can result in the participant being removed from the event without refund
Refund Policy
No refunds after June 1, 2008. Refunds made prior to June 1 will not include reimbursement of any processing fees..
