For All Registered Paddlers

Pre registered participants may use this page to access forms to complete your registration. These forms are in addition to your original registration. All forms must be returned to Georgia River Network no later than May 3. After that date, we cannot guarantee that we can offer meal plans etc.

To save paper, all forms have been consolidated into a few pages so you only have to print pages 2-5. Please submit the forms on Page 2-5 via mail with check or money order to: Georgia River Network at 126 South Milledge Avenue, Suite E3, Athens, GA 30605. You can also fax forms to 706-549-7791 (except the liability waiver, we need the original.)
