Follow I-75 North to Exit
290, which is the second exit for Cartersville, (to
Rome and GA Hwy. 20). Turn west (left) onto GA 20
and continue this direction some two or three miles
until the road dead-ends
at a traffic light just past WalMart and the hospital.
Turn left, and within 100 yards, take a right onto
a ramp to U.S. Hwy. 41 North and Rome. (Again, use
caution at the top of the ramp at the stop sign when
you enter the highway.) Go approx. 3 1/2 miles, past
two traffic lights, and turn right onto GA Hwy. 411
South to Rome. From this exit, . . .
...if going directly to Berry from Cartersville and not going through downtown
Rome, go 16.8 miles and make a right turn onto the East Rome Bypass, also
known as GA 1 Loop and Veterans Memorial Highway. Making this turn will avoid
the downtown area of Rome. Follow the bypass to U.S. Hwy. 27 North (aka Martha
Berry Highway), passing through 5 traffic signals along the way. At U.S.
Hwy. 27, turn north (right). At the next traffic signal (approx. 1 mile away)
is the entrance (on your left) to Berry College. Stop at the security gate
and ask for directions to your destination.
… if going to Berry
through downtown Rome, go approx. 22 miles and watch
for signs to Rome or Cedartown.
Bear right toward Rome and you will be on a mix of
highway designations. (Several highways have their
designation on this road before they branch off again.)
You are now on one of the major roads in Rome known
as Turner-McCall Boulevard.
To get to Berry College, continue west on Turner
McCall Blvd. until you reach U.S. Hwy. 27 North.
(Floyd Medical Center is on your left at this intersection.)
Turn right onto Hwy. 27 (Martha Berry Blvd.) and
follow the highway through several intersections
until you reach the College, which will be on your
left. After you enter the campus, stop at the security
gate and ask for directions to your destination.
From Calhoun to Heritage Hall
From Calhoun take 53 South to Rome. At the intersection
of Hwy 53 and Broad Street (Hwy 27) turn left at
traffic signal onto Turner McCall Blvd. At next
traffic signal turn right onto 1st Street. Proceed
one block to East 8th Ave. Turn left onto East
8th Avenue. Continue about one block—East
8th curves to the right, crosses over rail road
tracks and becomes Glenn Milner Blvd. Continue
three blocks to East 4th Avenue. Turn right and
then an immediate left into the parking lot. Sign
reads: Heritage Hall Parking.
From Summerville to Heritage Hall
From Hwy 27 South travel approximately 21 miles to
intersection of Hwy 27 and Turner McCall Blvd (Hwy
27). Turn left onto Turner McCall Blvd. At fourth
traffic signal turn right onto 1st Street. Proceed
one block to East 8th Ave. Turn left onto East
8th Avenue. Continue about one block—East
8th curves to the right, crosses over rail road
tracks and becomes Glenn Milner Blvd. Continue
three blocks to East 4th Avenue. Turn right and
then an immediate left into the parking lot. Sign
reads: Heritage Hall Parking.
From GHC Floyd Campus to Heritage Hall
On Hwy 27 North to Rome go straight to Turner McCall
Blvd. (Hwy 27). Once on Turner McCall Blvd go through
three traffic signals. At the fourth signal turn
left onto East 1st Street. Proceed one block to
East 8th Ave. Turn left onto East 8th Avenue. Continue
about one block—East 8th curves to the right,
crosses over rail road tracks and becomes Glenn
Milner Blvd. Continue three blocks to East 4th
Avenue. Turn right and then an immediate left into
the parking lot. Sign reads: Heritage Hall Parking.
From Marietta/Atlanta Area to Heritage Hall
Follow Interstate 75 North to Exit 290 (Rome/Canton).
At end of exit ramp turn left and proceed 2.3 miles
until this road reaches a dead-end at a traffic
signal. Turn left and then immediately turn right
onto the ramp to Hwy 41. Travel 2.8 miles through
4 traffic lights and take the Rome exit on the
right (Hwy 411/20) to Rome. Go approximately 18.7
miles and take the Rome exit on the right and proceed
under bridge through 3 traffic lights. At the fourth
light take a left onto East 1st Street. Proceed
one block to East 8th Ave. Turn left onto East
8th Avenue. Continue about one block—East
8th curves to the right, crosses over rail road
tracks and becomes Glenn Milner Blvd. Continue
three blocks to East 4th Avenue. Turn right and
then an immediate left into the parking lot. Sign
reads: Heritage Hall Parking.
